Cookie policy

This page explains which cookies and similar tools www.kaigrid.ai uses, in line with the GDPR, Italian law and the Italian Data Protection Authority's guidelines of 10 June 2021. The controller is GRK Interactive S.r.l. (see the privacy notice). The Italian version is the authoritative one.

Technical cookies

They are needed for the Site to work and do not require consent.

• kai_lang: remembers the language you choose at the bottom of the page (Auto, IT or EN). Lasts 12 months.
• __Host-kai: the reserved area session. It is created only when you press "Sign in" and ends when you sign out or close the browser.
• Anti-bot check on the form (Cloudflare Turnstile): checks that the "Request information" form is filled in by a person and not a program. It is not used to profile you.

Statistics (KAi Analytics)

The Site measures visits with KAi Analytics, KaiGrid's analytics service (analytics.kaigrid.ai), which is not used for advertising.

• Without consent, or if you reject, it counts visits anonymously: no cookies or browser storage, IP address truncated.
• With consent to statistics it uses its own cookies (starting with _kai) to recognise later visits and understand how the Site is used.
• Visit recording: has a separate consent and is only on when we switch it on to understand a problem. It records pages, submitted forms and errors, never what you type.

How to choose and change your mind

On your first visit a banner asks what you accept: "Reject" and "Accept all" carry the same weight, "Customize" lets you choose category by category, and closing the banner counts as "necessary only". Your choice lasts 6 months; you can change it at any time from "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the page. When you withdraw consent, the _kai cookies are deleted.

From your browser

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking technical cookies may stop some features, such as the reserved area, from working.
